By accessing or using CryptoNean, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Nature of the Service
CryptoNean is a portfolio analytics and decision-support application provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not an exchange, broker, discretionary portfolio manager, or investment service, and the current release does not execute live cryptocurrency orders.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on CryptoNean constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Prices, statistics, news, and any other content are provided "as is" for information only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on this information.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt it. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter (such as portfolio holdings).
5. Connected Accounts and Execution
Where a third-party account such as Revolut X is connected, CryptoNean may display account or order information through a read-only integration. CryptoNean does not place, replace, cancel, or automatically execute live orders in the current release. You remain responsible for authorising transactions directly with the third-party provider.
6. Third-Party Content
Market data and news are sourced from third parties such as CoinGecko. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data, and we are not affiliated with those providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoNean and its authors are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app or reliance on any information it displays, including financial losses.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are provided for demonstration. Any disputes would be handled in accordance with applicable local law.
